Toshi Ayame is over seven thousand years old. She's a fox demon and Buddhist priest. She's also the Demonhunter - one of the most powerful beings in existance.
She is charged with keeping the balance between the mortal and supernatural realms. This isn't always an easy task, but she has help from the Councils of Heaven and Hell, as well as her retainers and allies in Supernatural Control.
